10 day quarantine

because of the stupid A(h1n1) virus, classes are cancelled in CSA biñan for 10 freakin days. :| arg. and because of that, they gave us a 10 day take home lectures/assignments. UPCAT is fast approaching. waaah!

1. Compute for your Body Mass Index (BMI) and find out the indication about the result of your test.

Result Categories:
Underweight = 18.5 and below
Normal weight = 18.5 – 24.9
Over weight = 25 – 29.9
Obese = 30 and above

2. Make your own individual aerobic routines to be performed on Aug. 3 using any contemporary music.
